Personal injury and death:
All our motorcycles in Europe are insured according to the minimum requirements authorities. This means that third parties are covered for death and injury. The rider and his passenger are not insured for medical costs, etc.
PeruMotors strongly advise their clients to obtain a health insurance with maximum coverage in Europe for the length of this tour.
Damage to the rental motorcycle and third party property damage:
All our motorcycles are standard fully insured for property damage to third parties. Damage to the rental motorcycle is insured, with an excess/deductible of max. € 2.500,00.
It is possible to halve the excess/deductible for an additional insurance premium. Prices depends on the model of your rental motorcycle.
You’ll have to guarantee the “Security Deposit” with a major credit card.
Without this insurance your maximum risk is € 2.500,00.
